The gloves also have an integrated grip bar to help prevent injuries during training, and a full mesh palm for temperature control and breathability.

Punch Mitts are light weight yet protective with a single layer of flat foam and canvas impact surface. Improved design increases functionality by including a full boxing glove backing with ventilation zones for breathability.
