Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or your nearest SportsPower retail store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
